The Hall
Set
back from the road the house is approached by a large Outer Front
Door in a wall of soft pink Jacobean brick. As you enter Pamber
Place from the road you pass through a long covered walk with
flower beds and lawns on either side leading to the front door and
through to the the hall.
The Hall with its carved oak staircase and paneling provides a place to welcome guests and can accommodate up to 30 people for Civil Ceremonies and other events.
Green Room
The
Green Room leads off from the Hall. This 25 feet long reception or
dining room is decorated in dark green and is ideally suited to
more formal gatherings of up to 40 people. It offers a fine view to
the West of the vista walk through the wooded grounds. This room is
licensed for Civil Ceremonies.
The South Room
The
South Room is a 30 feet long reception room facing South and West
with a large 12 feet bay window, giving a width of 25 feet across.
The bay windows look out across the lawns.
Painted in soft tea rose the South Room is a very light and spacious room. The room has a large open fireplace. This makes it ideal for use at all time of year. This room is licensed for Civil Ceremonies of up to 60 people.
The Garden
The landscaped and wooded gardens contain a large lawn suitable for all sizes of marquees. The lawn surrounds the house on the South and West sides and has access from the house through two doorways; the front door facing East and the Conservatory facing West. The South and Green rooms and the Hall lead into to the conservatory which has double doors to the garden. The house has a large wisteria covering its South side. In all the grounds at Pamber Place make a beautiful setting for summer events with up to 200 guests.
Parking
Ample car parking is available in the yard on the North side of the House, in the paddock to the West of the House and in the field opposite the House to the East.
